A: To become an authorized dealer, you’ll start by submitting our dealer application so our wholesale team can match you with the best program for your business.

We support distributors, dealers, and resellers, and we can work with both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce businesses. There isn’t a strict minimum order quantity, and we welcome both established retailers and new businesses entering the industry.

A: A physical storefront is preferred, but it isn’t always required. We also welcome e-commerce partners who focus on sales and marketing.

When we review dealer applications, we typically look for a setup that can support:

• A plan for customer support, including basic service and maintenance (in-house or through a local service partner)

• A customer-friendly way to showcase products, whether that’s in-store display, pop-ups, or online merchandising

• A clear presence and consistent branding
